B. Mental Health

Mental health is a state of well-being that affects how you think, feel, and act. It also influences how you cope with stress, relate to others, and make choices in life.

  • Mental health can be improved by: staying positive, balancing between positive and negative emotions, practicing gratitude, and seeking medical help when needed.

C. Spiritual Health

Spiritual health is the state of your inner well-being and how you relate to something beyond yourself which involves your beliefs, values, morals, purpose, and connection to a higher power or a larger reality. Spiritual health can affect your physical, mental, and emotional health, as well as your overall quality of life. If practiced properly it can bring you joy, fulfillment, and peace. 

  • It can be improved by: practicing gratitude, compassion, forgiveness, generosity, and respecting the diversity and dignity of all living beings.
